First, the number Google Ads is missing

Google Ads recorded $1,455.17 of conversion value for 07-27. PowerFox, which is where the leads are actually sold, recorded $2,329.87. The $874.70 difference is not spread evenly. Search agrees within about 6 percent, which is inside what the 3 hour window offset alone could explain. Display is close. Demand Gen is off by 2.48x: Google Ads sees $494.80 of the $1,227.35 that lane actually earned.

This matters beyond reporting. Demand Gen bids on the conversion signal Google Ads can see, and that signal is missing roughly 60 percent of the revenue. Smart bidding on those campaigns is optimising against a badly truncated feed, which is consistent with the unresolved inline URL gclid defect already on record for Demand Gen.

The profitable creatives carry 15, 7, 5, 5 and 1 leads. At that sample a single lead moves the ratio across the line. The account itself ran 0.253x on 07-24, 0.390x on 07-25 and 0.564x on 07-27, so 07-27 was an unusually good day by recent standards.

No keyword can be scored on true revenue

PowerFox reports down to account, campaign, ad set and ad. There is no keyword dimension. So keyword figures here are the Google Ads measured value. That is defensible for Search specifically, because Search is the one channel where the two systems agree, but it is a different and weaker measurement than the creative table above.

Ad level revenue is allocated, not proven

Attribution splits credit between the ads inside an ad group. A profitable creative is a credit allocation fact. It is not proof that creative caused the revenue, and pausing the ads below it usually reallocates impressions inside the pool rather than removing that spend.

The two systems do not reconcile exactly

On identical instants PowerFox spend and Google Ads cost differ by about 1.7 percent. Google Ads days are bucketed in the account timezone (America/New_York) while these PowerFox figures use the Pacific day the PowerFox dashboard shows, so the two windows overlap 21 of 24 hours.

Breakeven is slightly above 1.0x

With the roughly 1.01x full cost multiplier, the 1.06x creative is marginal rather than clearly profitable.
